I'm the chef for a catering outfit in Greenwich, CT
I'm looking for some software that will help in the cost analysis for recipes. I want some sort of database program that will let me enter ALL my cost data and then, for a specific recipe, let me select ingredients, quantities and print out a list of ingredients with their cost.
If I can't find something I'll have to write it myself, and with the season just starting to take off, I just don't have the time.
Hope someone can help.
