Is this some type of fundraising or non profit organization? From the looks of it, it does not seem like a very profitable job, considering the guest count. Even if you served basic items like cheese or fruit platters it doesn't seem like it would be worth the effort. I think your food costs and labor would exceed $400. Have you already committed to the catering job though?
