We have our workers fill out independent contractor forms. this makes them responsible for their own insurance, taxes etc.. We pay $10 -$12 per hr $50.00 min for their time. Also when travel is involved are they are riding in company vechile for extended time we go with $100 to 125 per day flat rate.
