I checked the whole list for information on a program to help in the protion size and pricing for catering. I could not find one of the sites given and the other one was e-mailed to the person asking the question. I do well in the preparation of items and in getting the jobs but as to how much to figure per person I usualy have way to much, which I prefer to haveing too little and feel that I am weak in the pricing area. If anyone could point me in a direction either a book or I would prefer an easy computer program I would be grateful. I am so glad I found this site, there is so much information.
