I need advice! I work for a non-profit organization, and we are thinking of putting a consession stand up at our next event. Our hope is that this will bring in a little extra cash flow. We would only be doing drinks the first year....non-alcholic. My question is this. Do we have to have a licence? Insurance? Even if only serving soda and water?
