Greetings fellow caterers-
I am considering the possibility of displaying a booth to represent our company at a number of craft/artisan fairs in my area. However, I need some ideas for food...obviously, something that is quick, non-perishable, a high volume item with little space consumption, and economical...oh yes, it should be something that is appealing to the typical crafts fair patron. Any helpful advice or experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
