Well, I've just had a nasty experience. I wanted to make bite size tart shell and didn't think it would be too hard, think again! I bought decrative pans 12 shells to a pan, the store told me that they were the right ones to use but I could not get them to come out right. I tried two different dough recipies and neither one worked. Could some one tell me a better way to do this, were the pans wrong or the dough recipe, I resorted to plan B and bought them but next time would like to make them myself, if I could just figure out where I went wrong.
