Hello,
I am just starting out in my catering business. It is called: Family Style Catering.
I have no set menu. I am flexible. Tell me what you want and I will come up with a menu. I can cook anything.!
I recently did a spaghetti feed for a fund raiser and it was a huge sucess. That is what I want to suggest as an option to you all.
If you work on a percentage...say 35 to 50% of the profits.... it could really be great. I made the room look like an Italian Villa, I had 5 different sauces to offer.
The cheapest to make was the one with the most raves...(Garlic & olive oil & butter) It is definately something to think about. \

The people that were at the Spaghetti Feed said it was the best spaghetti they ever had. This is definately going to be a yearly event for my client.
