After reading over you post and formula for figuring cost, please correct me if I am wrong.
If I have a food item that cost $15.00 to prepare and I want to stay in the 25% Food Cost...I multiply the cost $15.00 Xs 4 and the answer being $60.00 would be the amount I would charge for this item?
