I am thinking of supplying the food for my own wedding reception. All of the serving dishes will be donated by a caterer friend who cannot do the actual catering. It will be a late night wedding, and the guests will have already eaten dinner. I would like to serve light hours dourvs (sp ?) can anyone help with a possible menu and some idea of how much I will need for 100 people. Thank You!!!
