Before I ask any questions... yes, I have put alot of thought into starting my own catering business. I have worked in the restaurant industry for 15 years and have done alot of catering. I've got quite a resume, including catering for the Forbes family on their private jet. Sounds wonderful, except I lack the expertise in how to go about starting this right. I'm having some difficulty locating government regulations for South Carolina. And where do I obtain a business license?- at my county clerks office? What's needed to do so? How do I obtain a seller's permit and where?
I would appreciate and help you can give me. Or at last direct me onto the right path.
