Does anyone know what I should charge for a bartending staff? per person? per party? and what I should pay the staff? per person? per party? What kind of insurance do I need? what kind of corporation should it be? its only staff no food involved. Should the drink could be provided by the client or by me? And what should I charge then? Im new at this and plan to start my own business but Im doing research first. HELP!
