lisa, it is interesting!, Rehydrate cherries, must be tart!, in a little sweet vermouth, process w/ basil to taste, pine nuts or macadamia nuts, garlic, s/p, parm, olive oil, & if you are looking for more of a dip than a condiment, add a little softened cr cheese!, try it......sam sears, cec
