I am a caterer and do not have any liquor licenses. In my state you cannot get a liquor license to cater. The host has to provide their own Alcohol. We can provide bartenders and set ups. My questions is what type of insurance do I need. I am sure that I am liable if someone gets drunk and injures someone else or themselves.
Liquor liability insurance is very expensive and really not worth it since I am unable to profit from alcohol sales. What to do??? Legally!
