: I am planning a 40th anniversary come & go tea for my inlaws and would like to know what quantity of food I would require for 80 to 100 people. Time is 2-5pm and what I would like to have is platters of veggies/dip, fruit, cheese and crackers, cheese balls, dainty sandwiches, pickles, etc. Any suggestions on the amount of food I would need to buy. Any help would be appreciated.
: Thanks

This is a forum for professional caterers, as such the most valuable assest we sell is not food or service, but knowledge and ideas, but you very well may be able to ascertain your requirements from a local deli, church social chairperson, party tray department in a local kroger's, meijers, walmart or Sam's Club or other large major grocery store/department store, I hope this helps & I hope you are not offended by my initial response....sam sears, cec
