we use one rental company exclusively, so that we get the best pricing & service, and their policy has always been that all must be returned washed & clean,,,,,but we have found out that the policy is just that they be rinsed & relativley free of junk.....some rental companies do offer cleaning at a premium price, but to my knowledge all rental companies re-wash the equipment before renting again.....another way out of this is to purchase your own equipment & a dishmachine........lots to think about though.....email me w/ further questions if you need......sam sears, cec
