Thank you for reminding me, I just called to register. I am looking forward to this conference, according to my buddy Ginger Kramer (Coast to Coast Catering) it is a great experience and very professionally run. I have definitely benefited from Mike's smaller seminars and great newsletter. We have attended NCA conferences (that's how I know Ginger), but am ready for a change.

Oh, is anyone going to set up a table for the catering contest? I am going to do this really fun S'More Theme complete with a retro Red Tonka truck and funky 1940's cookie jar set.
