While I know you can purchase choc rolled fondant commerically, I don't know the answer to whether you can "tint" the white fondant, I tend to think you can, so you could buy some & try to tint it your self OR better yet, go over to the "wilton" web site : www.wilton.com and email them and ask, they are the pros....good luck & hope this helps....sam sears, cec
