And you are a caterer?? I am surprised you have to ask this question. If not, then I would be careful not to take on more than you can handle. Keep it simple. Most of the time, it is young people in attendance who do not appreciate fancier cuisines.

Anyways, I would ask the nephew what he would like for me to cater... that is a good place to start....
