In my area, if you already have an approved & inpsected kitchen by the local enviromental health agency, you could obtain a seperate permit in your "catering" companies name & pay an additional fee & use that kitchen facility for your operation.....but as we always say in these forums "the last word lies with your local health department officals" - check with them, but in my opinion it is probably permissable with a few extra licenses.....hope this helps...sam sears, cec
