Dear Companys Coming: being from the states, I can only tell you about my area, but first check with your local board of health or the gov't agencies that inspect food service establishments....in my area, you would be called a private or personal chef..you would have to prepare all the items in the clients residence, shop just for that location, no par stocks or staples from your kithcen, no preperation in your kitchen....in my area you do not need a license for this type of occupation, as all you are providing is a service in someones home, using that homes kitchen facilities....as far as liability, you should probably carry a personal liability policy - discuss w/ your home owners agent regarding this......hope this helps or at least gives you some points of reference........sam sears, cec
