ad does all the bulk work like rock laying, and soil work. My mother does all of the flower arrangements as well as the shrubbary. This is where my love comes from. I have done some side jobs for people but I'm not sure what to do to get the company started. I'm 23 yrs old amd I need to know the process. Also if their are any government programs to help.
