I went over to the search engine that one of the respondants to this question suggested, and there was a papaya seed dressing recipe, that was very similar to the one I suggested, but I would still use some papaya puree in place of some of the acid, as I do not think (in my opinion) that the seeds alone would give a pronouced papaya flavor......sam sears, cec
