Greetings Caterers...
I'm currently constructing a matrix for Volume Price Breaks...i.e. a purchase of 250 box lunches will be less expensive by the each, as opposed to a client purchasing 25 box lunches...However, is there a formula out there that fits into this paradigm? Is it a basic percentage rate? Obviously, this isn't something that we will advertise on our menus...but I know it's good business; I'm just not exactly sure how to configure such a price structure...any help would be greatly obliged.
