Pros are the money, the satifaction, the food!!

That is a great idea. The best way to learn this business is to be involved in doing this business for at least 5 years before managing or starting a catering company.

Culinary schools teach food..... colleges teach business... if you are talking about owning a catering business, you need all the education and experience you can get. Like I said, it is a very tough business....
