Sam - We approximate the catering company to sell 500+ of the brulees per month. The food cost including labor for each one is about $1. They heard about the recipe from someone, an Event Coordinator who used to work with my husband and now works with them. This is a big catering company and an opportunity that we want to approach with as much knowledge as we can. Your information has already been much appreciated - Thanks Mr. Sears:) Lianne
