I am a Film & TV location caterer in Melbourne, Australia.
I have been in the industry for about 2 1/2 years. Previously I was a chef for about 8 years.
We predominately do commercials, but try to do a couple of films a year. The balance is good.
I have only worked on a few films "Chopper" "Queen of the Damned"
and we have just started a new one "Trojan Warrior"
I understand that U.S. catering and Aussie catering is really different.
We have two mobile kitchens, and mostly use buffet table set ups.
