In case you didn't read my earlier posting, my wife and are looking to start up a catering business. I was wondering if we could get some opinions on what type of catering is the most profitable. Should we try to focus on smaller and more expensive meals, larger-scale lower-price menus, or should we plan on doing all of the above?
Regarding beverages...
Should we try to provide/serve alcohol or let someone else do it? Are the profits enough to justify the effort? Are there any legal issues involved (beside a license)?
