as you saw in my previous post in "sales brochure", i have booked many dates for the holidays.
something else i am doing is scheduling a "TASTING" for my clients to try some menu ideas and
hopefully UPSALE them to a pricier menu.... this is very successful and it is a great way to
get new clients as well... i invite hard to sell clients and this usually does it...
