Polk and Turk is the address of the California Culinary Academy. It is different from the CIA. I'm currently a student there and am having a blast! We have two restaurants in campus, one is the Careme Room, which is the main dining room, and we also have the Tavern on the Tenderloin, which is the more casual restaurant of the school.
