My suggestion to you is who has to know that you are doing it from your kitchen!
Keep it a secret until you save enough money and develop a reputation then
go out and lease, rent or buy a place that you can call your own.
I have a catering business that exploded and just like you, I did it from my Mothers
kitchen 16 years ago I was 18. I never got caught by my local health office or the state
now we manufacture homemade pasta and ravioli and it all started in my mothers kitchen 16 years ago.
