I thought I would update you all about the catering for 500
we did for the Four Tops Concert and the Jackson Symphony
We served 500 ppl, beef tenderloin, with Bearnaise, fresh
asparagus spears, rosemary new potatoes, salad-crunchy romaine toss
and tira mi su cake for dessert... appetizer of stuffed artechokes
it was a great success.. thanks for your help george and
francis talon lynch..... your advice was much appreciated.
