Almost without exception the folks I see cooking on cable couldn't work around a pro kitchen.
Most are self employed, low on skill.
I like david Bloomgarten, he doesn't pretend to be able to cook, just fumbles along, the rest are fairly useless.
The public doesn't know which end is up.
