Chuck, I have the same problem, if you find it first tell me ,
If I find it I'll let you know. The only Mac restaurant/catering software I've seen were a couple of Namibian and Australian ones, unfortunately inappropriate for me. With the Mac's creative capabilities I am amazed that more creative people (Chefs in particular) aren't using the machine for it's inherent capabilities. Maybe it's because the bean counters are really in charge?
