100 g tandoori massala
50 g Grama masala
50 g salt
100 g lime jus
20 g ginger
6 kg chicken poitrine bone less(20 stk 150g)
put the chicken in paste and keep for 24 h
after put on plak and roast for 15 min 200°c air turned
cuit good
