I live in Houston and there are a lot of office buildings around downtown and the Galleria shopping areas. The potential is so great that it seems overwhelming at times! A couple of things I did to make things easier on my clients was to set up "house accounts" with each office and keep track of who was ordering what and when so I could plan on big monthly meetings and things like that to make a business plan. Another thing I did was to ask a lot of questions and narrow them down on their expectations. Yes, at times it may have made me look a little ignorant to some things, but in the long run, I grew from it, they got what they wanted, and how they wanted it, and it left room for me to go out there and do selling somewhere else.
