OK. The boss is really pushing me into this direction! Does anyone have any suggestions on some of the following items :
1) What are people/clients looking for in Corp. Catering?
2) What are some of the ways that have worked for you in promoting this avenue of business?
3) What has been your overall experience with this end of catering? Profitable? Marketable?
I feel confident that I can do this, I am just wanting a little push and some advice on the best way to go about it. I have my ideas, but am totally open minded to try new and innovative ways of boosting business.
Any comments, suggestions, etc. would be most appreciated!
