Tent, china, linens poolside for 40.
Menu:
Appetizers - Thai Chicken Pizza, Carved Fruit Basket, 3 European Cheeses
Main: Pecan smoked Salmon (we did it in the morning, ourselves), Beef Tenderloin with Madera Mushroom Sauce, Roasted Veggies, Baked Lemon Rice, Spring Mix with Pecan (leftover from the pecan shells needed for the smoker)Raspberry Honey Vinaigrette

Did my own flowers for each table.

It was a big hit, got an *awesome* tip, learned alot (never stop learning something from each event).

Catering satifies my soul! Hard work, but love to see the results.

We will get many referrals from this :-)

Just wanted to share my enthusiasm with you.
