of catering out of my home. I usually charge $8.50 for a main dish salad including homemade bread and finger dessert. With the extra salad and tea/coffee I'd probably charge $10 plus tax, but this is only for corporations. If it was for a ladies luncheons/group I'm sure I'd charge more. I prefer to do cocktail parties and open houses though.
