I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales with an associate's
degree in culinary arts as well as a B.A. in English from
another university. I have been working as a pastry
chef for a restaurant in NE Connecticut and really hope
to broaden the scope of my education and experience. I
have recently found out about the continuing education
program at J&W and wonder if anybody is familiar with
the quality of education of that particular Pastry Arts
Program. Can anybody help or make a suggestion of where
one might go from here?
