i am currently an apprentice at the opryland hotel (ask me about the BEST program i've ever heard of), and am planning to graduate with an open ended ticket to australia and an international work permit...i plan to visit for two weeks, and then decide from there whether or not to come back...
if anyone has ever visited there, lived there, or worked there, please get in touch with me...i want to build up a strong information base before i take this huge step all the way across the free world...
also, i would love to know what would stps would be good for a "culinarian" tour of the continent
