Hello... I am a sophomore at the University of New Mexico. I have great dreams of becoming a chef one day even though I have not the slightest clue about cooking or where to even start with this dream. If anyone is in the same situation or has been in the same situation, please write me. I was looking forward to attending a cullinary arts school this summer, but was disappointed when the whole thing fell through due to summer school. I enjoy pastries and French foods the most, and I am very limited to other foods because I am a vegetarian. Because I do not eat meat, I never cook it, so I am not sure what I will and will not be able to chop up. I want to see preparing meat as a job, but am not sure how it will turn out.
