In my quest to own my own restaurant, I want to learn a descent amount of culinary skills, while learning about the business behind it. What more will a bachelors give me in terms o f experience over an associates? Or should I go for an Associates and then apprentice somewhere. I have been looking at the cooking and Hopitaality institute of Chicago.
