My name is Ginger. I'm going to be graduating high school in june of '99. I'm interested in going to a culinary school. I love making desserts, but i'm a little worried that if I get a Baking/Pastry degree instead of a Culinary degree, it will limit my future job oppurtunities. I'm also torn between schools. Does anyone have any experience at the CIA's Pastry degree or J&W's pastry degree? I would greatly appreciate any information on these subjects or anything regarding baking/pastry arts. Thank You!
