The program is three years young offering a two or four year degree. We have had four associate graduates (three of them are now pursuing their bachelors degree). This December will will have two graduates with a Bachelors in Culinary Arts and seven associate graduates. This is the first time ever that a Bachelors degree will be awarded from a public University. I would be happy to give you their e mail addresses. We now have over 150 students with their major declared and 25 of the 50 states represented. Come on down an look at the school. Great things are cooking at the Chef John Folse Culinary Institute on Nicholls State University Campus! We got it going on!!!
