Its the same publisher as chocolatier magazine but this is for professionals. I bought it at Borders bookstore/cafe.
The eitorial was interesting , obviously theres a LOT of pastry chefs who read it and are fed up of seeing the same names , pastry chefs with publicity agents who's primary goal seems to get in mags or on TV. The editor seemed defensive stating 'we don't know where you all are", most pastry chefs are busy at work no?
