If you could share your thoughts on how someone decides which culinary school is best for them.(reccommendations would be a tremendous help) $$$(very important to be inexpensive), time, location, reputation, standards, quality, e.t.c. play a big role in the decision process. I have Peter Kumps at the top of my list, for these reasons. Is that crazy, or am I right on track. I want to become a pastry chef. I am 23, college graduate, with over a year 1/2 of experience. Info on scholarships, schools, tact, would be a great help. Thankyou very much for your time. Mary
