Hi, I live in Vancouver. I'm 33 and would like to get into the food industry. There are 3 culinary school here: Dubrulle, Pacific Institute and Vancouver Community College. The tuition is from $1,884 to $8,950. Can anybody tell me their difference? Are they teaching the simular things? Will I be too old to get into this industry? How is the career opportunities in culinary area and baking & pastry area?
