Consider it a character building experience, I've had it happen every time I worked in a Hotel.
I also had a job making 200 french omelettes every lunch, I didn't complain , I just got very good at it with 6 steel pans smoking all the time. No-one is too good to make eggs.
Take your time, its not a race, 10 years from now you'll look back and chuckle.
PS, what did you think of NECI ?
did you learn much baking? (the foundation of cooking.)
