Iam a 92 grad.from J and W pastry program,and i am considering switching over to cooking.Idont want to go back to school and spend alot of money.Currently Im in the midwest but will be moving to the Houston area within the next year.Would a 3 year ACF accredited internship under a talented chef be the answer. all help appreciated
